Out and about in Manchester, the trip wouldn't be complete without a tour of Old Trafford. Despite its name, i found the place reallll modern. very smooth on the eyes compared to Shah Alam stadium. And even though its capacity is much less than Shah Alam stadium, it still rakes in THAT much more cash... wonder why?

meetin' up with the Eire ppl in Manchester. appologies to buyut for takin refuge in his 'apartment' (more like a house if u ask me. enormous by camb standards)... and no thanks needed for helpin' you 'clean up all that junk in your fridge'. it was our pleasure. damn, one thing i forgot is to take pics of the guys cookin' hahahah! coulda burned down the whole place!

whoever said london is the city that never sleeps just has insomnia.well, that's not a good way of putting it. more like he was drunk 'coz thats what everyone is after 10pm... if you're not, then you're enlightened enouth to see just how dead the 'city' is. kl is WAYYYY better.

the news called it weird. a physicist friend said it's an anomaly. i say its just unexpected. whatever it is, it's definitely white. powdery. cool. and as fez (of that 70's show) put it - 'evil american white stuff!' hahaha. too bad the night vision screwed up the pics

well, one thing i learned since coming here is that you should ALWAYS be thankful that your mom/ grandma/ makcik DS/ whoever was there to keep your stomach full. irrespective of how 'un-yummy' it was (only in the latter case). because even if you're a great cook, it takes wayyyy too much time to prepare food of that quality - especially if you're the only one going to be eating it  be thankful for the foooooodddd.... when you get your own place, it doesn't come with a built-in cook. unless you have the hard cash to eat at hall everyday

guy fawkes celebrations

this is the fireworks display at the guy fawkes celebration. supposedly, this guy (fawkes) tried to burn down the parliment building, which is in london... don't ask me why. and the more important question (which i don't have a clue as to the answer either) is why they're celebrating it... these people are mad. just mad. but i wouldn't really mind any excuse for entertainment here hehe, so no complaining all around.
